The following tables give specifics on every firearm available to you. In order to determine which weapon gives you the most “bang for your buck,” simply compare the stats between each and choose the one you’re happiest with. Of course, practice makes perfect, too, so experiment with the weapons under a variety of trying conditions. Here’s what the following statistics mean:
Reference: An image of the weapon, so you can easily pick it out at the 3D printer or during an operation.
Name: The given name of the DedSec and enemy weapon in the game.
Damage: How much damage the weapon inflicts for each bullet, shot, or projectile hitting a target. LOW indicates light damage, while HIGH indicates severe damage.
Rate of Fire: How quickly each bullet, shot, or projectile is expelled from the weapon’s chamber. LOW indicates a slow-firing weapon, while HIGH indicates a quick-firing weapon.
Stability: This indicates how stable a weapon is and its accuracy when aiming at a target. LOW indicates an unstable weapon that may not hit within the target reticle every time or that may have a wider target range. HIGH indicates a precise and pinpoint-accurate shot is expected. Grenade launchers do not have this statistic, as you need to arc (or “punt”) the projectile into a target.
Reload: This indicates how long it is likely to take to reload each weapon. LOW indicates a slow-reloading weapon. HIGH indicates a weapon with quick magazine slotting. The faster the reload, the quicker it is between switching magazines, shells, or projectiles.
Range: This indicates how far you can be from a foe and still expect to hit them. LOW indicates a short-ranged weapon, while HIGH indicates a long-ranged weapon.
N/A, LOW–, LOW, MED, HIGH, HIGH+, or HIGHEST: These amounts are listed for each weapon’s damage, rate of fire, stability, reload, and range. “N/A” indicates that the weapon electrocutes rather than permanently harms the foe.
Magazine: This indicates the weapon’s ammo capacity. The number indicates the shots you can fire before you reload. Obviously, rapid-fire weapons have a much bigger capacity than shotguns.
Notes: Finally, there are notes regarding any special instructions or functions when firing a particular weapon. Wrench’s improvements mean DedSec weapons tend to have extra (and sometimes odd) bonuses.
