Locate the stingray at All signs point to a defense contractor called Graystrom stealing data from consumers. With the three stingray devices hacked, Wrench finds the data is being triangulated from Coit Tower. Head there. Use NetHack and look up; the triangulation device has been placed atop the tower.
You can’t enter Coit Tower, and you don’t think your drone has the range to reach the device, so you need to gain some height first. Run around to the scaffold deck, climb onto it, then head to the tower’s base (red stone ground). Release your RC drone, fly to the fourth stingray device, and hack it. More incriminating data! This leads you to the Graystrom warehouse.
