KEY DATA
Key Data in Jack London Square
This key data is used to research the System Crash Upgrade: Blackout. However, it is not easy to get since it is on a rooftop with only one access point and lots of guards. However, the RC Jumper is perfect for infiltrating and getting the data. Climb up the stairs and stay on the last landing so you are out of sight of the guards. Deploy the RC Jumper and drive it up the last flight of stairs; pause before going up the final steps to the rooftop. There are a few guards you need to watch. Wait for the one on the roof of the small building to walk away. Then wait until the guard who patrols the area between the steps and the data walks past. Follow him for a bit and then move quickly to get under the elevated walkway that leads to the shack with the data. Hide under the walkway until it is clear. Then hop onto the walkway, enter the shack, and jump onto the counter to get the data. Recall the RC Jumper and get away. If you have the Quadcopter, it is useful for monitoring the movement of the guards since the view from the RC Jumper is limited.
Key Data in Elmhurst
The key data that unlocks the ability to upgrade to the Gang War app is located in the backyard of a home in Elmhurst. It is guarded by several gang members and a dog. Take up a position to the east and send in the RC Jumper. It can jump on a crate and then over the fence. However, before you do that, you need to distract the enemy. Use a phone hack to distract the one on the shade cover over the data. However, if other gang members are watching the area around the data, hack the gas pipe on the side of the house. That will usually lure gang members toward the house so you can rush in with the RC Jumper and get the data. Use phone hacks to distract other gang members if necessary.
RESEARCH POINTS
This research is located on the roof of the theater. To get up there, go around to the building’s south side. Climb onto a lower level of the roof, where a locked gate is located. Deploy the RC Jumper and jump onto the air ducts to the gate’s left. Jump from duct to duct to reach the CCT. Hack it to open the gate and then take control of Marcus. Go through the gate and climb up some ladders. Make your way around the front of the theater to reach the window washer lift. Take control of it and ride it up to the highest portion of the roof where the research is located.
This research is located in an enclosed area behind a locked gate. Take control of the forklift and move the pallet in the middle to uncover an air duct. Deploy the RC Jumper and drive it across the street and down into a ditch. Open the grate and drive the RC Jumper through the duct work. Jump out of it at the end and hack the CCT to unlock the gate. Now go in and get the case with the research inside.
The Wi-Fi sniffer with research on it is located at the top of a building under construction. All you need is the Quadcopter to get it. Fly it up to the top of the building and then hack the Wi-Fi sniffer.

You can hack the research here from a ctOS security breach. However, unlocking it is the tough part. The CCT is on the roof of the adjacent building. Start off by climbing onto the awning of the building with the security breach. It is located on the alley’s southeast side. From there, get up to the roof and then continue across the walkway to another building. Get onto the roof of that building by standing on some pipes and then climbing. Once there, deploy the RC Jumper. You need to have the Enhanced Spring and Speed Boost upgrades to make the jump across to the building with the terminal. Aim to the left as you jump to avoid the wall, and land on the rooftop patio. Hack the CCT on the patio. Then you can send the Quadcopter to hack the security breach.
The research here is in a case in a construction area with gang members around it. Take up a position to the south behind the trailer. Deploy the RC Jumper and move to the trailer’s right. Wait for the patrolling gang member to pass by. Jump over the barrier and into the restricted area. Distract the gang member next to the case with a phone hack and then rush in and get the case.
The ctOS security breach is located atop an electrical tower. The CCT is in a walled area with a locked gate. Not to worry. The barbed wire is cut on the wall’s north side. Borrow a nearby car and drive it up next to the wall. Then hop onto the car and climb over the wall so you can hack the terminal. Finally, send the Quadcopter to the tower’s top to hack the security breach so you can get the research.
The ctOS security breach with the research is located atop the Blume Arena. In order to unlock it, you must hack the security router and then manipulate the nodes to get the power to the security breach. Start off by moving node 1 two times. The rest of the nodes have time limits before they reset, so you have to work fast. Now move node 3 one time, node 4 two times, node 5 two times, and node 6 once to unlock it. Now move node 1 one time to send power to the left. Quickly move node 2 once, node 6 two times, and node 7 once to unlock it. Finally you need to move node 2 once, node 7 two times, and node 8 once to unlock the security breach so you can hack it and get the research.
Located under the freeway, this case with research is in a restricted area with gang members around it. Take up a position to the southeast and send in the Quadcopter to look around. Hack objects in the area’s northwest section to stun enemies and lure others that way. If one stays between you and the case, hack objects to stun that gang member as well. Then send in the RC Jumper to retrieve the research case and bring it back to you.
MONEY
Money Bag
The money is on a patio area on the second floor of a building. To get onto the patio level, look for some stairs to the east that connect the patio to a smaller building. Approach that building from the south and enter an alley. Climb onto a low section of the roof. From there, climb up a ladder and then continue to the stairs and the money. Use the Quadcopter to help you find the alley and ladder.
Money Bag
Talk about easy money. Just walk up the stairs of this apartment complex and grab it.
Money Bag
The money bag is in an area behind a building and protected by several guards. There are many objects you can hack to stun the guards. Lure them over to the objects and hack them. After you stun all the guards, send in the RC Jumper to get the money.
Sport Bag
A large gang surrounds this sport bag, which is on a rooftop restricted area. The easiest way to get this money is during a mission that takes place here. You will have to engage the gang if you want to get the money.
Sport Bag
This sport bag of money is in a small, fenced area with a gang member and several dogs. Approach it from the north where there is an opening. An easy way to clear out this restricted area is to drop electroshock devices from the Quadcopter, stunning the gang member and dogs. Since there are more gang members across the street, send in the RC Jumper to get the sport bag so you can avoid being seen.
Sport Bag
Located on a rooftop surrounded by gang members, this sport bag is not easy to get. Approach from the east, where there are some stairs leading to the rooftop. Climb up and take cover just outside the restricted area. Use the Quadcopter to scout out the area to see where the gang members are located and patrolling. Hack devices on the west wide to cause a distraction. Try to stun as many enemies as possible. You can also stun some on the east side. Use the taser on any that can cause problems and then send in the RC Jumper to get the money. Use phone hacks to distract gang members who might get close to seeing the RC Jumper.
Money Bags
There are actually two money bags at this location and guarded by several gang members. While you may want to wait and retrieve this money during a mission at this restricted area, you can get one very easily. There is an opening in the northwest corner. Send the RC Jumper through this and east under the walkway to get the first money bag. It can stay completely out of sight. The second money bag is on the second floor. You can use the Quadcopter to hack the phones of specific gang members to distract them; then drive up the stairs to get the second money bag. Look for places to hide the RC Jumper as you go in case it is spotted.
Money Bag
This is another easy money bag to get. It is located on a bench on top of a tower at Shoreline Park. Just climb the stairs to get it.
Sport Bag
While several gang members are in the restricted area where this sport bag is located, there is an easy way to get the money. Approach from the southwest and stay outside the restricted area. The sport bag is located in the lower level below the gang members. Send the RC Jumper down into the concrete drainage area. You can open the sluice gate remotely. Then just drive in and grab the cash.
Sport Bag
This sport bag is located on the second floor of a building under construction. Gang members patrol the area. Take up a position to the east and send in the Quadcopter to scout it out. If necessary, you can also create a distraction with the forklift on the north side. Wait for the gang member patrolling the southeast corner to walk away, then drive the RC Jumper in through the entrance (or create one closer to you by driving the forklift through the fence). Drive up the stairs when it is clear and get the money.
Sport Bag
This sport bag is in a fenced area with a couple gang members and a dog. There is a transformer vault near the sport bag. Try to time it correctly and you can stun a gang member and the dog. Then be ready to distract the other gang member with a phone hack. This gives you time to get in and stun him with the taser or use a melee attack before grabbing the money.
Sport Bag
A few gang members patrol the cul-de-sac where this sport bag is located. Take up a position behind a white house west of the sport bag. Use the Quadcopter to see where the gang members are located and patrolling. You may be able to sneak the RC Jumper up behind the enemy near it and grab the money. Use a phone hack for distraction. You can also remotely take control of the vehicles in this area and drive them around to distract the gang members and lure them away from the money.
Money Bag
This money bag is located in a container storage area. While there are two main gates, there is another way into the area, which is patrolled by gang members and a dog. One container in the northwest corner is opened on both ends. Watch the gang members’ patrol paths; then when it is clear, send the RC Jumper in to get the money bag, which is hidden under a trailer. If you need a distraction, you can hack the explosive container in the south part of the area and blow it up. That will lure enemies away from the money bag.
PAINT
Jumper Paint Job
The paint is located on a rooftop. Climb onto the roof from the building’s north side. To reach the ladder that leads to the paint, you need to hack a CCT[md]on the other side of a locked gate. Fly the Quadcopter over the fence and drop an explosive device near some propane tanks. Detonate it to clear away an opening for a duct. Now send the RC Jumper in through another opening on the other side of the locked gate. Drive through the duct and then hack the CCT. Now Marcus can get through the gate, climb the ladder, and grab the paint.
Vehicle Paint Job
Located inside an apartment complex that has been taken over by a gang, this paint is not too difficult to get. Locate some shutters on the second floor on the building’s south side. Move a van underneath it so you can climb through the opening and hide behind a container. Now send the RC Jumper along the upper walkway to the right. Open another shutter and jump through the window into a room where it can pick up the paint.
Vehicle Paint Job
This paint is located in a housing unit with gang members around it. Approach from the east and, using a shed to help you, climb onto the building in the southeast corner. Deploy the RC Jumper and drive it down to the ground level, watching for enemies. The paint is in an alcove on the eastern side. Hide the RC Jumper in one of the alcoves along the way if enemies start coming. You can also take control of vehicles and drive them remotely to lure enemies away. When it is clear, rush in and get the paint.
CLOTHING
Cap Legs
The headwear with a pair of legs on it is located on a hard-to-reach balcony. Find a van and drive it to the entrance of an eatery on the southwest corner of the same block as the clothes. Use the van to climb onto the balcony there. Then climb onto a planter to reach the roof. Make your way north toward the clothes. Once you are on the roof adjacent to the balcony, deploy the RC Jumper and drive it off the roof, jump across to the balcony, and pick up the clothes.
SCOUT X LOCATIONS
This mural is located on the side of a building in Woodland. You may want to move a vehicle if there is one parked in front of it to get a better shot.
Look for this guitar-playing musician wearing the head of a goat in Jack London Square. He is often there in the late afternoons.
