Get to the Zodiac at Head to the San Francisco Pier to secure a boat (swim if you’re feeling adventurous, or fast-travel if you’re not), and cross the bay to Alcatraz. Disembark anywhere, moving to the indicated objective spot: a router hidden inside the northern ruins of a prison structure, adjacent to a small Bratva gang hideout (to the east). Ignore the gangs; simply head down the old concrete steps, into the ruins.
Hack the ctOS box, and view the Zodiac Killer from the remote camera. Hack into his laptop to witness his final words. After he makes a fiery exit, the mission concludes, though some of the Zodiac Killer’s words may haunt you.
