1. Castro District: Vermont Street Slalom Course, San Francisco.

Head to the area near Vermont Street, and meet up with Taylor (don’t start the race before speaking to him). The battery is installed, giving you a speed bump before the race. The race now begins. Win or lose, you can replay this race afterward, and the operation continues. Check that section elsewhere in this chapter for notes on achieving victory. You tell Taylor a velocity chip would help fully modify the machine.
