3. Operation—Making the Mark

Sitara lets you know where five additional locations are. Each is ready for tagging, if you can reach them

Location 4: Lombard Street

Head to the construction area east and a little south of Lombard Street, and control the crane, lowering the payload platform box

to the ground so you can step into it. Raise it up, and extend the payload box westwards, onto the roof of the lilac-colored victorian tenement building. Step onto the roof, and work your way westwards and upwards (with Lombard street to your right) to a window-washing lift. Lower the lift, step on it, raise it and step onto the billboard platform.

Location 5: Office Tower

Begin at the southern corner of the block with the office tower on it. Head up the stairs to the patio area. Produce your RC Jumper, and use it to leap the metal fencing, so you can reach the Closed Circuit Terminal. This allows access to the window-washing lift on the southeast wall of the tower. Lower it. Jump inside, and raise it. Step off, head around the ledge to the hotspot.

Location 6: Clocktower

Enter the alley on the east side of the block, near William Finn clothing. Step into the scissor lift, and drive it to the end of the alley (brick wall). Raise the lift, and step onto the roof above the brick wall. Climb the ladder to the left. Turn left (south) atop the ladder, and run along the metal balcony, and onto the slightly-higher gravel roof and construction area.

Head all the way to the (southern) end of the roof, turn right and climb on the stack of wood, up the brick wall and around to the south corner of this rooftop area. Climb the small brick roof structure to the top, looking east, and run across the wooden planks, leaping to the east roof area and base of clocktower. Climb the scaffold and wood to your right, until you’re directly under the window-washing lift fixed to the top of the tower. Lower it, step into it, raise it and step out onto the hotspot.

Location 7: Retail Office Roof

Start at the east corner by the freeway offramp and closed “Brewsed Up” coffee shop. Head down the coffee shop alley to the ladder and climb up. Continue to ascend to the locked door. There’s a Closed Circuit Terminal but you can’t climb up to reach it. Instead, use the RC Jumper and drive it into the vent duct in the brick area of the roof (left and around the corner from the door. You almost immediately appear on the other side of the door. Drive past the ladder, onto the duct above the alley below, bounce up the AC units, and onto the higher roof. Trundle and unlock the CCT.

As Marcus, peform the same route, then head southwest up the short and wide metal steps. At the western corner of the building look and jump right, onto the curved glass awning, and work your way past the large potted trees, all the way around the edge of this building (clockwise) to the hotspot.

Location 8: Millennium Office Block

Drive a vehicle to the northern corner of the block, stand on its roof and jump to the three stepped scaffold platforms, and onto the roof of the Millennium building. Head southwest to the AC units and ducts on the wall of the office block, near the window-washing lift you can’t access. At the foot of the AC units, produce your RC Jumper, and bounce it up the units, the duct, open the vent, and scoot inside, driving the Jumper up through the vent duct. Jump out, onto the office block roof, to the Closed Circuit Terminal, and unlock it.

Access the window-washing lift, and lower it to ground level. Drop to the ground, step on the lift, and raise it to the roof. Cross the roof head down the exterior ladder to the east, and onto the billboard platform.
