RESEARCH POINTS
This research case is tough to get. The only way to get it is through an air duct opening atop the house under construction. Hack the forklift and carry a crate over to the house’s northwestern corner. Sneak the RC Jumper past the patrolling guards and jump onto the crate. Now use the forklift to raise the container and RC Jumper to the roof. Open the grate on the air duct and drive right in. Follow the duct to a small room with another grate. Open it and drop an explosive device; back away before detonating it. This clears away the barrels in front of the grate in the other room so you can then drive in and get the research case.
Find a large computer-shaped playground and climb up the ladder in the back. Instead of going down the slide, open the grate and send the RC Jumper into the air duct. Follow it around until you find the research. Pick it up.
MONEY
Money Bag
This money bag is next to a restroom with three gang members. An easy way to get it is to wait until the gang member patrolling around walks behind the restroom. Hack his phone to distract him, and then stun him with a taser. Now deploy the RC Jumper and come around the side of the restroom. Distract the gang member looking toward the RC Jumper. Quickly drive in, get the money, and get out.

Just walk into the backyard of this home and pick up the money. It’s as easy as that.

There are two gang members at a campsite with this bag of money. They wander around, so send in the RC Jumper and distract them if necessary so you can get the money and escape without being seen. Since they are often on the move, it is not difficult to tase them one at a time. Get the one who can call for reinforcements first.

Climb onto the roof of a house to get this money bag. Access the first floor via the left side of the house, then climb up the front side to reach the second-floor roof.
Sport Bag
It is easiest to get this sport bag during a mission that takes place at this restricted area. However, you can also get it without doing the mission. Enter through the northwestern passage into this storm drain area. Send in the RC Jumper. Once you reach the large open area inside, move to the left and go through a grate to get into the central room. Avoid gang members as you go. There is one gang member inside the room. Distract him with a phone hack, pick up the sport bag, and leave.
PAINT
Quadcopter Paint Job
You need explosives to get this paint. It is under a wooden deck in the backyard of a home. Blast a hole in the side of the deck and drive in the RC Jumper to get the paint. The explosion will attract the cops, so get out of there before you are caught.

This paint is located on a patio cover in a backyard. The RC Jumper must be upgraded to jump higher to get this one. Jump onto the small shed next to the house; from there, jump over to the patio cover. Roll on over and get the paint.

UNIQUE VEHICLE
Rainbow Missile by Fruttato
This scooter is in a backyard. However, the gate is locked and the CCT is in the backyard, as are a guard and a robot sentry. If you hop the fence on the house’s left side, you can deploy the RC Jumper and send it to hack the terminal when the guard and sentry robot are moving away from it. Then go around the front to the gate on the house’s right side. Wait until the guard stops there and begins walking away. Open the gate and either stun the guard with the taser or use a melee attack. Deactivate the sentry robot and then hop on the rainbow missile and ride away. It is important that the guard and robot do not see you take the scooter or they will call for reinforcements—and the scooter is not fast enough to outrun a patrol car.
