KEY DATA

Key Data in Stanford University

This key data is used to research the Stun Amp Up upgrade for the taser. The case containing the data is located behind a locked door inside Stanford Tower. Start by climbing up the planters on the side of the northeastern entrance. Move to the tower’s back side and climb up an air-conditioning unit to reach the higher walkway. Open a grate and send the RC Jumper into an air duct. Follow it around to the center of the tower and hack the security router.

Now deploy the Quadcopter and begin moving nodes to send power to the locked door. Near the grate where the RC Jumper enters the duct, move node 1 twice, and then nodes 2 and 3 once each.

Now fly over the parking lot behind the tower and move the two vans to reveal two more nodes. Move node 4 once and node 5 twice.

Next, fly over the patio area to the tower’s southeast. Move node 6 once, node 7 once, node 8 twice, and node 9 three times.

Now turn to face the tower and move node 10 twice.

Fly to the patio area northwest of the tower to find more nodes. Move node 11 once and node 12 once.

Turn toward the tower and move node 13 three times.

Fly to the top of the tower facing the back side. Move node 14 once. Fly to the right and move node 15 once. Now fly to the left to the northwest side and move node 16 once.

Move to the front of the tower and move node 17 twice and then node 18 three times.

Fly down to move node 19 once. This unlocks the door. Now Marcus can walk around to the front of the tower, open the door, and enter the tower to get the case with the data inside.

RESEARCH POINTS

There are several steps to get the case containing this research. Position yourself near the south corner of the fence, where there is an opening. Deploy the RC Jumper and jump into the air duct along the building’s southwest side. Follow it into the garage area. Hack the CCT to unlock the doors and then drive the RC Jumper onto the fork of one of the forklifts. Take control of the forklift, open a garage door, and drive out. Raise the RC Jumper onto the building’s roof. Locate a hole in the roof and drop inside, where you can get the research.

This case of research is located on an upper balcony area. To reach it, you need to move a van over by a building to the southwest of the one with the research. There is a spot near the coffee shop sign where you can climb onto the van and get onto the building’s upper level. Make your way to the northeast and then on to where a ladder takes you to the level where the case is waiting for you.

The Wi-Fi sniffer you need to hack is inside an air duct on the roof of a building. Deploy the RC Jumper and jump up onto a power box on the building’s southwestern side. Get onto the roof and then enter the air duct through a grate. Go left at the first intersection, straight at the second, right at the third, and right at the fourth after going up a ramp. Drop down an opening and turn left at the next intersection. Follow it around to the Wi-Fi sniffer to hack the research.

You must hack four different CCTs to unlock the security breach and get the data. Use NetHack to follow the red lines to the terminals. Two CCTs you can walk right up to and hack. To reach another, you need to use the RC Jumper to jump through a small opening. The final one is behind some boards. Just walk into the boards to move them and get to the terminal. Once you’ve hacked all four, use the Quadcopter to hack the security breach.

In order to reach the CCT and unlock the security breach, you need to use a nearby forklift. Drive the RC Jumper onto its forks and then move the forklift into the tunnel underneath the security breach. There is an opening in the ceiling. Hop the RC Jumper into the hole and follow the duct. When you find a box blocking your way, go the other way around and drop into a room. Jump over a shelf to reach the terminal. After hacking it, switch to the Quadcopter and fly up to the security breach. Hack it to get the research.

The case of research is on a rooftop. To get it, you need your RC Jumper upgraded for speed and higher jumping. Jump onto a solar panel southeast of the building with the research. Jump onto the roof of the building straight ahead. Then jump across to the building on the left (northeast). From there, jump across to the building to the northwest. Finally, jump across to the balcony where the CCT is located. The railing of the balcony is down, so it makes the jump possible. After hacking the terminal, take control of the window-washer lift and ride it to the roof to get the research.

MONEY

Money Bag

Use NetHack to find a CCT on the building where the money bag is located. This unlocks a grate on a lower level. Walk down some stairs, open the grate, and send in the RC Jumper. Climb through the ducts, jumping up when you come to dead ends, until you come to another grate. Open it and drop down onto a balcony. Turn to the left and jump across to another balcony and then onto a third balcony. Open the grate on the balcony and jump into another duct. Follow it to the roof, where you can get the money bag.

Sport Bag

While you can get this sport bag of money during a mission at this restricted area, you can also just come here and grab it. Climb onto the roof on the eastern corner, to the right of where the fire trucks are parked. Once there, drive the RC Jumper along the roof’s southern side so you have a view of the police officer with eyes on the sport bag. Distract the officer with a phone hack, then drop down with the RC Jumper and grab the money before recalling it back to you.

Money Bag

This money bag is in the backyard with gang members around it. There is only one gang member who actually has eyes on the money. Position yourself in the backyard to the southeast. Send the Quadcopter up to watch the enemies. Once you see where they are, distract the gang member near the spa. Take control of Marcus and quickly jump over the fence and tase him. Stun the other gang member nearby, then grab the money and run.
