Check it: the timeline of Zombi2’s malware updates leads back to a single phone. Whoever has it may have a link to HaDoCk.

Hostiles

580s Street Gang

Location

Gang yard hideout (580s), parking lot three blocks southeast of Transbay Center (by freeway overpass), San Francisco.

If you followed the order of tracking the three previously infected phones, the location of the malware source is simply across the road to the southeast. When you follow the malware code to its source, it seems to be hidden within a restricted area controlled by the 580s, close to the freeway off-ramp three blocks southeast of Transbay Center. Closer inspection reveals a more cunning method of tracking this virus—one without the need to engage hostiles.

Infiltration Points

Gang Yard Fence (Northwest):

By the street is a tall mesh fence with a vehicle-sized opening. This allows you easy access into the yard, though the five hostiles can easily spot you if you’re not careful (or subtle).

Freeway Overpass (South):

You can stop your vehicle on the off-ramp of the freeway overpass. Make a daring drop into the rear of the yard, allowing you to circumvent the hostiles with an accurate fall into the homeless camp to the rear (southeast) of the area.

Rear Wall (East to South):

You can climb over the sections of barbed-wire and concrete wall to the rear of the side yard if you park a tall vehicle next to the wall.

POIs and Objective Points

Transient

It seems there’s a transient with a cell phone containing the virus. He’s leaning against the back (east) wall of the homeless camp within the boundary of the side yard.

Paths to Completion

Facing the 580s is certainly a possibility, but completely ignoring them is also an easy method of objective-completion too.

No Fights, Just Flights

It’s possible to sneak in through the gap in the mesh fence, using the parked vehicles as cover. Start to choke (or tase) each gang member as you work your way to the rear of the yard. Pick up the collectible on the crate to the right of the junction box as you go (right side of the window, near the long blue metal construction office).

Seeing the Sights

There’s little need for combat; just launch your drone close to the east wall, hover it above the restricted area, and hack the transient remotely.

Violent Fights

Outside of mayhem on the ground involving automatic weaponry and possible vehicular manslaughter, you can also lob projectiles or snipe from the elevated freeway off-ramp or the roof of the brick building across the road (to the northwest) where you discovered one of the infected cell phones.

After finding the “device zero” on the homeless guy, you realize HaDoCk isn’t playing around and wants DedSec to back off. Josh launches a cleaner and the mission concludes.
