Investigate the decrypted location.Take a boat from the dock near the crane at the StarTer Oil refinery, and maneuver it out into the bay, heading to the bridge. Stop it at the giant concrete footing. You can also drive a car, bike, or truck across the bridge, get out above the objective, and fall into the water, but you’re in for a long swim!
Climb onto the footing and make a grisly discovery: a corpse with a phone to hack. Listen to the message on the phone before starting the least pleasant treasure hunt of your hacking career. The Zodiac Killer is back!
