1. Nudle Campus, Silicon Valley.

The velocity chip is easily secured; simply take a trip to the Nudle Campus and enter the western building. Go into the lobby and climb the glass cube room to a small balcony where the chip resides. Take the tube slide back down to the lobby if you want.
