KEY DATA
Key Data in Swan LeAvitt Observatory
This key data is used to research Botnet Savings for Personal Devices. There are many guards in this restricted area; however, there is an easy way to get the research without raising an alarm or getting into a firefight. Get the scissor lift in the parking lot to the west of this area. Drive it around to the east side of the observatory, right next to the building. Use it to get onto the roof. Take cover behind an HVAC unit and watch the lone guard in the area’s southern part. Wait for him to begin walking away from you. Drop down to the ground, using crates to decrease how far you fall. Tase the guard when he is behind the structure holding the large radio telescope. Now climb up the ladder and get the case containing the data. Exit the way you entered via the rooftop and scissor lift. By the time the guard wakes up, you will be long gone.
RESEARCH POINTS
The research is in a case in an air duct atop a building. The area is fenced off with locked gates. Drive the nearby flatbed truck to one of the gates so its front bumper is touching the gate. Get out and raise the bed to make a ramp. Now hop on one of the motorcycles near the electrical tower and use the ramp to jump into the enclosed area. Hack the CCT to unlock the gates so you can leave when you are done. Climb onto the containers on the building’s eastern side and open a grate. Deploy the RC Jumper and jump it into the air duct. Follow it around until you get the case.

This money is located in the kitchen of Rhonda’s Restaurant. Usually there are no gang members inside, so you can walk in the front door and right into the kitchen to get the money. Watch for one gang member who patrols the back porch. He occasionally comes in to check the kitchen. Either hide or deal with him if necessary. Then get the money and make your getaway.

To get this paint, approach this restricted area from the east. Move near the wooden shack and deploy the RC Jumper. Jump onto the shack and drop down through the hole in the roof. The paint is sitting inside, so pick it up.
