Find the server at StarTer Refinery.Cross the Richmond–San Rafael Bridge from Marin to Oakland, and drive into the oil refinery. There’s a router in the main refinery tanks area, but it’s underground, below a see-through grate you can’t move.
Head toward the crane, but turn left after the tanks, passing the red security router (which you don’t need to access). Stop at the rubble area near some pallets and porta-potties. Notice the rusting barrel? There’s a duct there; drive your RC Jumper into the duct, all the way to the area under the grating where the router is, and physically hack it. Once you’re into the server room, hack the AR3100 Server Unit. Ray now feels the thunder, breaks the cryptogram, and uncovers a strange message: “Follow me.”
