Investigate the Josh has tracked the whereabouts of the academy to the old factory and art installation called Bayview Rise, by the bay (southeast) on the edge of San Francisco. Drive there, and approach the objective point from the northeast (heading southwest). That way, you can ignore the nearby restricted areas.
Run between the two giant cylindrical structures on each side of you, weaving between the metal containers. Climb the ladder on the low building and a second ladder leading to a ctOS box. You can also do this with an RC Jumper.
Hack the ctOS box. You’re inside the operation. Quickly cycle through the cameras to view the room, before hacking the server. Then leave; you’ve acquired enough dirt to allow you to uncover the whereabouts of some key gear the Academy is hiding. It would be a real shame if some of it got damaged…
