Talk to Horatio.
Visit the Follower Wall.Head over to speak to Horatio, who fills you in on Josh (who’s on the spectrum and doesn’t speak much), and Sitara, who’s waiting at the Follower Wall. But Horatio’s main concerns stem from running ops against rival hacker gangs, like those allied to Prime_Eight. You’re free to start DedSec Events and other online activities as soon as you leave the Hackerspace.
Speak to Sitara at the Follower Wall. It keeps track of how many people download the DedSec app and the processing power DedSec has because of this. Speaking of which, Sitara downloads the app onto your phone. This is the last and most important of the apps you’ll use, as it keeps track of active DedSec operations and updates when there’s a new operation to start. When it’s ready, open the app, click the suggested op, track the mission on your phone, and hit the park outside to test it. “New Operation Available” subsequently appears.
