RESEARCH POINTS
You need a boat to access this research. Once you get near the navigation beacon, deploy the Quadcopter and fly over to the beach, to an opening in the center of the beacon. Hack the Wi-Fi sniffer to get the Research Point.
This is an easy Research Point to get. It is not located in a restricted area, so you don’t need to worry about enemies. Instead, deploy the Quadcopter and fly over the building. The Wi-Fi sniffer is located inside an air duct. While there are three openings, only one leads to the sniffer. Fly in through the eastern opening until you can see the sniffer and then hack it.

Money Bag
This money bag can be found at the Regwell Gun Range. Use the strategies for infiltrating this restricted are as covered in the mission that takes place there.
Money Bag
Located on the roof of a restaurant, this money bag requires a trick to get it. Walk onto the pedestrian overcrossing just south of the restaurant. Then deploy the RC Jumper. Jump over the railing of the walkway and onto the roof of the restaurant to get the money.
Sport Bag
This sport bag of money is located at a small dock area controlled by a gang. The best way to get the money is to use the RC Jumper. There are a couple of patrolling enemies you need to avoid. Use containers and other objects to hide behind. You can also phone hack these gang members to distract them for a few seconds so you can slip past them. Get the money and then recall the RC Jumper.
