Vista Point Key Data
The Maker’s Tips are located in a construction area controlled by the Sons of Ragnarok. Getting this key data allows you to unlock Expert Tinkering research. While the site is heavily guarded, there is an easy way to get to the key data. Hop on the motorcycle just south of the site and ride it to the east. Line up with the dirt ramp on the site’s east side and then give it full throttle. Jump the first ramp to get onto a container, and then jump off a second ramp to get onto the scaffolding. There is a gang member up there—either knock him off with the bike or dismount and melee attack him. Then climb up the crates and scaffolding to drop down into the area where the key data is located. Then make your escape.
RESEARCH POINTS
This Wi-Fi sniffer with research is located on a platform underneath the Golden Gate Bridge. You need the Quadcopter to hack it. Just fly it up within range of the sniffer and hack away to get the Research Point.
This research is in a roadside construction area; you must physically pick it up. Take up a position outside the fenced area on the east. Then send the RC Jumper around the fence and drive it in from the east. Either distract the guard on the east side or wait for him to turn away so you can approach. Follow the cliff side to get behind the pipes. When no guards are looking, jump up on the pipes and grab the research.
While the ctOS security breach is on the outside of the lab, it is secured by a closed-circuit terminal (CCT). This location is also a site of missions that contain strategies for infiltrating it. However, you can send in the RC Jumper through the eastern gate to hack the CCT. A single armored guard patrols this area. Just wait until he moves away from the terminal and past the gate. Then drive in quickly and hack. The ctOS security breach is now unlocked. Either walk over and hack it with your phone or use the Quadcopter to do it.
You must pick up the research at this home. To do this without setting off an alarm, you need Security System Shutdown research unlocked. The research is on the balcony of the home. Stay behind the stone wall to the home’s east side. While the guard on the balcony is moving away, hack the circuit box to stun the guard patrolling the home’s eastern side. Jump over the wall and climb onto the small shed attached to the home. Hide behind the balcony wall until the guard on the balcony is not looking. Deactivate the security system above the briefcase of research, then hop over the wall, pick it up, and get away.
Hacking a ctOS security breach on the side of this apartment building gives you the Research Point. However, you first need to disable the security by hacking a CCT, which is located on the third floor. Use the scissor lift to reach the terminal and hack it. Then get back down and hack the security breach to get the Research Point.

This money bag is located near the restrooms at the Vista Point. Just walk up to it and grab the loot.
Sport Bag
Once you have the ability to distract people using their cell phones, this sport bag of money is relatively easy to get. Send in the RC Jumper along the walkway leading from the road. Distract gang members as you drive along the dock to pick up the sport bag.
Sport Bag
Since there are missions at this location, it is easiest to get the money at that time. It is located in the underground level beneath some boxes. You need to blow up the boxes before you can get the cash.
