Follow the Both Fassbender’s home and bank are located in Oakland. You can visit both locations in any order you like, though the order presented here is optimal.
Home: Head to the home of Fassbender first; accessing the ctOS router on the roof requires some planning. Use the cameras or the drone to access the crane with the window-washer platform on it. Lower the platform down to the glass awning. Then hop in the scissor lift parked in the vicinity, drive it to the area close to the awning, and raise the lift so you can easily hop from the lift to the crane. Then raise the crane to the roof and jump off. Access the router.
Access the camera in the apartment, so you’re looking at the kitchen, and hack the laptop on the counter. There’s a chat log regarding the anonymous tip his wife got. The Photoshopping on the compromising pictures is particularly amateurish.
Bank: At the bank close to Oakland City Hall, the ctOS box is on a ledge above the Laundromat, just up and right of a Pharmingtons. You can’t reach it from this side, so approach from the (closed) coffee shop and pedestrian plaza around the corner (to the southwest). Use the crate pallets to reach the wooden gazebo and AC unit, and get onto the roof via a ladder. Cross the roof, drop down to the ledge above the Laundromat, and access the ctOS box. Or, you can use the scissor lift and raise it up to the ledge with the ctOS box on it.
Access the camera inside the back room of the bank. Interact with the various computer monitor cameras until you’re looking at the back of a bank employee and can hack the tower PC next to him. You acquire an e-mail from Graystrom framing Fassbender!
