KEY DATA
The Gates Houseboats Key Data
This key data is the SF electrical grid system, located in a room on the roof of the Torque Rat Bike Shop. This allows you to research Massive System Crash. The difficult part is getting onto the roof. Hack the forklift and pick up a crate. Drive it over by the wooden fence. Climb onto the crate and use the forklift to raise it up so you can climb onto the roof. Enter the room, use the RC Jumper to drive through a hole in the wall, and hack a CCT. This unlocks a duct cover so you can open it and then hack the key data.
RESEARCH POINTS
This Wi-Fi sniffer with research is located under the pier below a restaurant. To access it, you need explosives to blast away debris at the entrance to the drainage pipe. This is easy if you have the Quadcopter and can drop explosives from it. Once the debris is gone, you can hack the sniffer. Otherwise you need to swim under the pier to get it.
Located underneath a restaurant on a pier, this Wi-Fi sniffer can be hacked using the Quadcopter. Or you can swim under the pier and do it yourself.
This research is located atop the roof of an airlines building. Go around the back and use the forklift to get onto the roof; then pick up the research.
While this research is on a balcony in a restricted area, it is easy to get. Use the scissor lift in the alley behind the building to the west of the research to get onto the roof. Then send the RC Jumper across the rooftop to drop down onto the balcony. Grab the research.
The area where this research is located is restricted and used for missions. However, you can easily get the research outside of a mission. Position yourself near the south door. There is one guard inside the building near the door and one patrolling. After the patrolling guard walks past the door, headed to the left (west), distract the other guard and then send in the RC Jumper to get the research.
MONEY
Sport Bag
The sport bag of money is located on a balcony of a home in a restricted area. However, it is not tough to get. Move to the fence on the east side near the backyard. There is a guard patrolling the western side and one on the balcony. Climb over the fence and onto a planter. Continue onto the roof near the balcony. Hide until the guard on the balcony is looking away. Hack the junction box to stun him. Then sneak around to the front of the balcony to get the dough.
Sport Bag
You can find this sport bag in the backyard of a home. However, there are gang members and a dog here. The RC Jumper is the way to go. Depending on the locations of the dog and enemies, you can enter the backyard by jumping over the gate in the southwest corner or on the west side near the house. If you can’t sneak the RC Jumper into the yard, hack the transformer vault on the side of the house. This will stun one enemy and draw the attention of the others. Then, get the RC Jumper in through the southwest corner gate to snag the money.
Sport Bag
You need a motorcycle to get this sport bag. Ride it off the ramp at the end of a pier, and jump across to another pier to get the money. The ramp is narrow, so line up your bike before you throttle it and land on the isolated pier where the bag is located.
PAINT
Jumper Paint Job
To reach the balcony of the apartment building where this paint is located, you need to climb the stairs to the top floor. Continue to climb onto the roof. Drop down onto the balcony and get the paint for your RC Jumper.
Vehicle Paint Job
This paint for your vehicles is hidden inside a shack. There are only small openings in this shack, so use the RC Jumper to drive through these openings and get the paint.
CLOTHING
Long-Sleeve T-Shirt Lombard Top
The tree houses have a lot of Sons of Ragnarok around them. The clothing is on the porch of the northwestern tree house. Instead of shooting your way in, create a diversion in the eastern part of the restricted area. Stand to the area’s west and send the Quadcopter in. Hacking the transformer so it explodes works well and will draw away most of the gang members. Then send in the RC Jumper. If an enemy is still near the clothing package, either distract or hack the nearby junction box to stun him. Then get out of there.
SCOUT X LOCATIONS
Unlike most Scout X locations, you may have to come back here since the artist is not always there. Afternoons are usually a good time to catch him piling rocks for a pic.
