Operation Starter 1: A citizen enjoying the sights at the Crazy 80s strip club (bar) in North Beach.

Operation Starter 2: A citizen inside a Chinese restaurant, two block south of Chinatown.

Operation Starter 3: A citizen in a decked backyard, in a residential area one block west of Coit Tower.
