Structures and Infiltration PointsThis is the HAUM shipping distribution center, along with the nearby docks, and features a large yard and warehouse to infiltrate. Naturally, there are a number of different ways in.
The main infiltration location on this side are the gates situated in the southeast perimeter of the restricted area (1A). There’s a cabin and pallets to the right of these gates you can use to climb (1B), and the parked container has pallets to the right of it so you can climb atop the container and drop into the corner of the yard. To the southwest is the pier (1C), which you can dive off to quickly reach the boat garage. 
The northeast gate (2A) to the yard is the key to an easy mission completion, as you can quickly unlock the gates (and thus the best escape route out of here), assuming you acquire the access key (if needed). You’re also close to the easiest infiltration point into the main warehouse where the guard with the access code is. Don’t forget you can climb on the container near the gate (2B) and onto the security hut roof to circumvent the gate opening. The parked scissor lift (2C) is also a great way to get onto the roof deck of the warehouse, to the south (left of the gates). 
Buildings completely block any path into the dockyard from this direction, aside from the alleyway in the southeast area (3A). You could use the scissor lift to drive down the road to the east, raise the lift to reach the store rooftops, and take up a sniping (or drone-wrangling) position above the southeast part of the yard (3B), but that usually takes too long to set up. It’s a very safe position, though. 
Ignore the waterfront infiltration points at your peril! Swimming up to either of the two piers on the western perimeter of the yard (4A, 4B) allows you to circumvent many of the guards. The southwest pier has a boat garage attached to it. The northwest pier has a large wooden pier to climb onto (4C); don’t forget this pier can be accessed from the gate, but also the two pier ladders at the water’s edge (for those who like to get wet while employing stealth tactics). 
The eastern side of the distribution center consists mainly of a warehouse with garages on the ground floor, open windows, and a roof with guards patrolling. The warehouse roof (5A) makes a good defensive position, and can be accessed (on foot) via the metal steps to the south (5B), or the parked truck and ladder to the north (5C). The open windows (all three warehouse exterior walls) make infiltration by Quadcopter easy, and RC Jumper possible, though the doors and garage are also options. 
Between the two piers on the western side of the yard is a boat garage, where you can hide or scale a ladder to the roof that is relatively safe (once the guard is dispatched). If you approach here from the roof, there’s a skylight you can hack open, allowing for a quick drop into a getaway boat.

Operation Examples
Data Storage (Data Breach Operations): If the data is on the boat garage roof, it’s easy to start the hack via Quadcopter. Hide inside the boat garage during the download (stand on the wooden boxes so you’re high enough to gather the data), but watch for flanking foes at the open windows and doors. A better bet is to scale the roof of the garage via the ladder from the dockside, and remain on the roof, hacking the skylight to drop down into an escape boat.
Vehicle (Deliver Vehicle Operations): The vehicle is inside the warehouse; the garage door is likely to be locked by a CCT on the roof of the warehouse (north dead end). Use the RC Jumper to head up the outside metal stairs to the south, onto the roof balcony of the warehouse, and leap onto the upper roof. Then drop down to the CCT and hack it. Infiltrate the garage on foot via the open window or the garage door, and drive the vehicle out and around in a 180-degree right turn, out of the north gates.
Shipments (Destroy Shipments Operations): If you have two shipments (one of which is a vehicle) in the main warehouse, and another in the south cargo area just outside the warehouse, simply fly the Quadcopter into the warehouse via the open window (northeast wall), drop a bomb to take out the shipment and vehicle shipment in one blast, then fly out and drop a second bomb to destroy the third shipment from a height, out of range of the enemy. This can be done from outside the restricted area, making extraction a breeze.
