Watch Dogs 2 eGuide Training Part 4: Mission And Progression

Collectibles: Rewards

You can find five collectible types in the world. The following gives you one example of gathering each type.

Research Points: These are rewarded each time you increase your Follower total to a particular amount. However, you can gather more by searching the world for individual Research Points, just like key data. Spend Research Points unlocking every ability in the ./Research app.

Money Bags: There’s copious amounts of cash to collect throughout the Bay Area, and most of it is in a bag, suitcase, or receptacle of some kind.

Paint Jobs: This collectible allows you to daub a variety of sometimes garish, sometimes startling paint or graffiti schemes onto vehicles (via the Car on Demand app), your RC Jumper, Quadcopter, and weapons (via the 3D Printer at the Hackerspace). They are mostly found in spray cans or set of spray cans.

Clothing Items: There are masses of clothing items you can buy at stores, receive as operational rewards, get as a member of the Ubisoft Club, or find as collectibles. Clothing item collectibles usually look like a shirt box or a sport bag.

Unique Vehicles: The final and rarest of the collectibles are unique vehicles tucked away in the landscape. When you find one, it is added to your Car on Demand app.

Music: Songs are collected a little differently from other collectible types. Assuming you’ve downloaded the Media Player and Song Sneak from the Blume App Shop, keep a continuous lookout for this message on your minimap smartphone (bottom left of your screen). Whenever there’s a song playing, either in a vehicle you’ve just entered or in the nearby vicinity, quickly capture it using the onscreen Song Sneak instructions, and add it to your collection.
