RESEARCH POINTS
A Wi-Fi sniffer is inside a building on Fisherman’s Wharf. You need to hack two closed-circuit terminals (CCTs) to get to it. The first is a small concrete structure on the southeast corner of the building. Send the RC Jumper through a grate to hack it. That opens a grate on the roof. Now use a nearby scissor lift to get onto the roof. Send the RC Jumper in through the grate and into an air duct. It leads to a small room. Jump over the boxes and go into another air duct. The second room you enter has an upright duct. Jump onto the top and drop into another duct. Finally you reach the destination room. Jump over a wooden crate and hack the sniffer to get the research. Hacking the CCT in this room unlocks a grate at the end of the next air duct that takes you back outside.
You can obtain this research during a mission that takes place at this restricted area. However, you can also get it easily with the RC Jumper. Start near the southeastern side of the restricted area. There are some stacks of pallets you can jump on to reach the roof of a small building to the gate’s right. Once there, drop down to the ground level on the right side and then move toward the large building where the research is located. To the right of the door is a grate you can open. Drive through the opening and into the building. Now you need to get to the second level. You can drive up the stairs; just be careful of the guard at the top. Otherwise, you can jump on some crates to get there. Pick up the case with the research and then leave. You can also pick up a money bag that is near the research.
This Wi-Fi sniffer is located under a seafood restaurant. Look for an opening under one of the stairs leading to the restaurant, and send in the RC Jumper. Follow the path around and then hack the sniffer once you find it.

Sport Bag
This money bag is located at the end of a jetty. Just walk out there and pick it up.
Money Bag
Pick up this money bag when you get the research case at the same time. They are right next to each other.
Money Bag
Located at the end of the dock are two money bags and several gang members and a dog. There is no sneaky way to get the money. You need to take out the enemy. If you have the upgrade for the Quadcopter and can drop charges that explode or stun, that is a great way to clear out a few. Then from behind cover just outside of the restricted area, stun other enemies with the taser. Stun the dog as well. Then you can just go in and get the money.
Sport Bag
There are three guards near this sport bag of money. Approach from the north and climb onto the building to the west of the restricted area. If you can hack a car remotely, that can provide a great distraction. Drive one out of the restricted area and crash it. While the guards are investigating, send the RC Jumper down to get the money. You can also take cover behind the air duct on the roof and shoot the guards with the taser. You can also hack a transformer vault to deal with one guard.
Sport Bag
This sport bag is in an underground parking area with some gang members. Instead of entering through the garage door just off the street, head up some stairs to the east, walk west along a yard area, and then descend some stairs into the west end of the parking area. Take cover behind a barricade. Stun the nearest enemy, either with the taser or the transformer vault. Then advance through the garage from cover to cover. Stun the remaining guards one at a time. You may even want to use the RC Jumper as a distraction. Once they are all unconscious, hop in one of the cars and drive it through the fence so you can get the money on the other side. Then get out of there before the gang members wake up.
Sport Bag
The sport bag is on the second level of a parking garage. It is behind a fenced area. Take control of the camera inside the area and then hack one of the explosive containers to detonate it. The explosion breaks open the fence so you can walk in and get the money.
