Brief

Send a message to Congressman Thruss by “prettying up” his annoying, giant sign.

Location

Thruss billboard, atop apartment block near freeway, two blocks south of HAUM Data Center, San Francisco.

When you arrive at the apartment block with the billboard atop it, there’s no normal method of climbing to reach it. However, the restricted area across the street from (southwest) the building has a crane that’s useful. Either:

Climb onto the graffiti-covered truck container and up onto the low roof the crane is sitting on.

OR

Use NetHack and remotely control the crane.

Summon the crane platform, step onto it, and carefully raise yourself to the roof of the apartment with the billboard. Get off the platform, locate the locked gate, and produce your RC Jumper. Scoot it through the hole in the fence to the gate’s left, around to a CCT, and unlock it. Hack the gate, climb the billboard, and leave Thruss a present. Once you’re done, backtrack down to the ground using the crane platform again.
