Intercept Prime_Eight’s phone calls.

Brief

Looks like the SFPD has thrown in with Prime_Eight. See if they have any info of value and put an end to their efforts to decode the messages.

Location

Concrete bunker lookout, Kirby Cove, Marin.

Drive to the cliffs northwest of the Golden Gate Bridge, to a known gang hideout that is currently lacking any enemies. Locate the Prime_Eight Follower trying to solve the cryptogram; she’s usually in the small hut atop the bunker lookout. You can use remote cameras, your drone, or RC Jumper, or just barge in and grab the key data for Kirby Cove that she’s close to. Whatever plan you try, hack her phone to gather more intel. The phone call she makes mentions a “data outpost.”
