Install Nudle Maps on your Phone.
Buy new Pants at the 
Beach shack, Southern After leaving the shack where you hooked up after the party and listening to instructions from DedSec, survey the scenery, starting with your phone. Visit the App Shop on your phone, and download Nudle Maps (it’s free). It’s also worthwhile downloading all the other apps available on the Blume Store. Briefly check out these apps, as well as the Camera and Gallery apps already installed.
Zoom in and out and learn the rudimentary elements of the Nudle Maps before studying the nearby vicinity for a clothing shop or kiosk, as you’re currently pantsless. There are places to purchase pants scattered throughout the Bay Area, and Marin County has a few to choose from (though certain kiosks may only sell T-shirts and caps).

A nearby shop to buy pants from is the Torque Rat Bike Shop in western Marin.

Or, if you prefer the nautical look, there’s a Yacht Club Kiosk close to your current location, northwest along the shore, at the yacht club.
After the pants purchase (you only need purchase “bottoms” rather than an entire ensemble), the Hackerspace to meet at is revealed. The next operation begins automatically. You may want to head to the Hackerspace to update your phone, so you can receive operations from DedSec, before trying any free-roaming activities.
