1. Tourist stand, southwest of ferry building, San Francisco’s premiere lender Proviblue is currently billing some of its customers in weird ways. Locate Ben Williams and speak to him at any of the following locations (once you find and speak to him, he disappears from all three):
Location 1: At the tourist stand, directly southwest across the road from the ferry building.
Location 2: Inside Quinkie’s coffee shop (restaurant), two blocks northeast of the Transbay Center.
Location 3: Outside the “Burritos” café, close to the restaurant two blocks northwest of Embarcadero Center.
Physically speak to Ben, and he lets you know his rates are going up every month!
