After being set upon by four wraiths, dismiss these spirits, and head south down the main corridor. The wolf sign is on the stone wall at the junction where there are cobwebbed stairs to the right (west). Take these stone steps up and check the left wall for a small alcove; step in to claim the loot from a chest.
