Brief

El Emisario is getting desperate. He’s sending a force of sicarios to take over the Ocoro hospital and covert it into a cocaine lab. Pac Katari has sent a small group of rebels to protect the hospital, but they won’t last long without our help.

Dispensing Justice

This mission is quite short, but requires some pre-planning in order to complete with competence. Head to the objective point, and speak to the doctor, who has cleared all essential medicines and staff, and prepare for a cartel attack. But not before you’ve studied the environment for the best places from which to repel this attack.

Ocoro Dispensary: Recon

TACMAP

You are fortunate that the dispensary building itself is on the zenith of the rocky outcrop, meaning you’re higher than any enemy not in a helicopter. The entrance into the hospital yard is narrow, and there’s even a minigun emplacement and ammo box to aid you. Further your chances of survival by fanning out to create crossfire opportunities. When all your Ghosts are in areas of note, talk to the doctor, and prepare for combat.

Expect a cartel Humvee to travel in from the west and east, up the winding road to the base of the path where you’re dug in. Each has four foes (including one at the mounted gun). After the first two vehicles, a second pair, along with an attack helicopter arrive. Deal with these five vehicles to ensure mission completion.

Objective: Ocoro Dispensary

Don’t meet the doctor until your entire team is situated at some of the optimal places to easily remove the incoming foes. Even the roof of the hospital, and the fabric roofs, can be crossed and used to move over, as you have good views of where the enemy vehicles stop. You can even snipe at the attack helicopter as soon as it appears at visual range.
Minigun Nest And Ammo

The main (and only) path from the road to the dispensary has some helpful weaponry to use; have one Ghost at the minigun nest, which can easily rake and completely destroy three of the four Humvees (one may park too far to the left, and your angle is obscured by the rock outcrop on your left). Use this to remove the attack helicopter in seconds, too. When this is used in conjunction with other Ghosts and the rebels, the attackers can be put down with ease.

West Entrance Road

The burned-out shells of the cottages on the west side of the road, around to the peninsula overlooking the junction at the main farm, is a good place to attack the Humvee heading in from the west. Your usual plan (blocking roads with vehicles, sniping the driver, using explosives) works well here. You can even let the vehicle pass, and attack from behind, catching the foes in the crossfire.

Central Farm Plateau

The ruined buildings on the west side of the plateau are worth hiding in, and offer a good crossfire opportunity as either vehicle comes to a stop.

South Cottage

The debris-filled remains of a cottage is a good hiding place to attack the eastern vehicle from. Hit it as it drives up the road, let it pass and continue to fire, then step out from cover and finish any stragglers.

Wooded Outcrop

The hills to the east of the dispensary offer good recon views of the eastern vehicle as it heads along the road, and sniping opportunities too, as there’s ample cover. Don’t execute the driver too early as you actually want additional rebels and your other teammates to help remove the threats in a maelstrom of gunfire, as the vehicle closes in on its destination.

Cliffside Farm

Hike up to the northern mountain slopes and you have a commanding view of the proceedings; you can snipe away at either vehicle, provide cover to Rebels and Ghosts, and take down the attack helicopter from this vantage point with a well-aimed sniper shot at the pilot.

Ocoro Dispensary: Tactical Advice

After placing your forces at the opportune areas discussed previously, the best place for you is at the minigun nest; you can rake most of the vehicles and the chopper with minimal worry about your own health. If you need to back up, the area is very secure and you can lob grenades down to finish the job.

Providing you move each of your Ghosts to an appropriate area (ready to catch the vehicles in crossfire), perhaps having a fourth Ghost operating a helicopter to further aid in removing the vehicle and engaging the enemy chopper, this is a slam-dunk.
