Description: Los Extranjeros have started their purge process and are looking for American agents to capture and use as bargaining power. We need to extract any remaining agent in the country and disrupt the Extranjeros’ activities.

Investigate the Crash Site
After the cut scene, pull out your drone and scout the area surrounding the crash. You’ll find three pairs of patrolling foot soldiers and a line of nine soldiers looking down on the crash from up on the ridgeline.
Use your sync shot to take down the two enemies closest to the crash site before moving in on the objective.
Search the Crash Site for a Radio
After moving in, look east down the slope and take out the two remaining patrols. After the patrols are dead, head east from the crash towards the now deal patrols looking for a larger pile of flaming rubble. This pile has sparks flying off it unlike the other bits of fire.
Communicate with Bowman
Once you’re near the radio, it will become marked on the map. Walk up to it and investigate the radio.
Locate the CIA Coordinator Socrates
Socrates will patch into your coms via a local frequency after your failed attempts at contacting Bowman with the radio. Head further east away from the radio and hop into the AMV (Unidad) and head west up the dirt path toward the new objective marker.
When you are about 100m away, hop out of the car and get out your drone. It’s time for your first run-in with a new enemy, the Covert Ops Extranjeros. These guys are mostly invisible to the naked eye and do not show up on the map before being spotted regardless of difficulty. You must activate thermal view to see them. When spotted in thermal view, a symbol appears above their head and they become marked on the minimap.
There are three Covert Ops units surrounding the cabin; spot them all and then take them out one by one. Covert Ops enemies cannot be killed or marked with sync shot.
Enter the house and the objective will change. There is a crossbow weapons case inside this house. If you do not pick it up, you will be rewarded with the same crossbow at the end of the mission.
Free Socrates
Take your car and head north up the hill toward the base. Once you are within the mission circle, pull out your drone and mark the enemies inside.
Socrates is being held inside the aircraft hangar, under constant watch by three heavy soldiers. Get set up on the hill to the north of the airplane hangar and order a sync shot on the three guards at the north entrance to the base. Picking them off will help keep the fight in front of you, lessening the chance of a flanking attack.
Wait for your sync shots to cool down and then set it up on the three Armored Extranjeros. Once the other Ghosts have their targets lined up, slide down the hill and get in position to kill the foot soldier patrolling the hangar.
With those four enemies down, quickly run into the hangar and order Socrates to follow you. Head south out of the hangar and jump into the helicopter parked outside.
If the helicopter gets destroyed, there is another one at the top of the small hill further south of the hangar. Use your sync shots to take out the Armored enemies and run to the awaiting helicopters there.
Bring Socrates to the safehouse
Once in the helicopter (or other vehicle), travel to the waypoint and drop off Socrates at the safehouse. There are no enemies at the safehouse location, so you’ll be in the clear and the mission will complete once you activate the extraction at the door.
