Welcome to the Narco Road expansion for Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon: Wildlands. Get ready to go alone and undercover as you attempt to infiltrate and take down each of the new gangs inhabiting Bolivia. You begin alone at level 20 with the majority of your skills researched and the rebel support skills fully upgraded.
A new expansion brings a lot of new changes. Keep reading to learn more.
The Map
This expansion pack takes place on the same map, but this time the lines are drawn a bit differently. Each map is separated into sections for each of the four Gang Leaders that runs that territory, passing over the lines of multiple territories on the old map.
New Friends
You’re undercover, which means that Santa Blanca is now your friend. When you call for help, it will be these guys who show up.
New Enemies
Los Sin Alma is your new enemy. They stand out among the crowd because of their red and yellow clothes.
New Missions
There are 18 new missions in this expansion, all of which have full walkthroughs in the eGuide.
Gang Followers
Everything you do--whether it’s a side mission or one of the new Electro Challenges--you will be granted gang followers. Gang followers unlock informants, who act much like Intel. These informants will alert you to the location of skill points and weapons around the map.
Electro Challenges
Electro challenges have you drifting, flying, jumping, and climbing to gain more gang followers.
Electro Aerobatics
Fly through the circle with either a helicopter or plane.
Electro Jump
Take any vehicle you can find and head off the ramp. Any distance will complete the jump.
Electro Drift
Turn the wheel and pull the handbrake to start a drift once you see the Electro Drift icon appear! Like the jump, any distance covered will complete these.
Electro Possible Climb
Head through the starting gate with your preferred mountain climbing vehicle and take the best path to the finish line at the top! There is no time limit, but you will fail if you leave the mission area.
Side Missions
There are four all-new side mission types. These missions grant gang followers instead of squad support upgrades.
Animal Traffic
Jump into the vehicle at the mission start and race against the gangs to reach the exotic animal contained in a crate on the map. Once there, you must kill the defending enemies and mark the crate for extraction.
Air Spray
Hop into a special crop duster and head out to destroy the coca leaf crops in the area. Destroy all of the marked plants by flying low and activating the pesticide.
Amphetatruck
Get into a mobile drug lab and drive it to its destination. Every little bump puts this fragile car one step closer to explosion, so drive carefully!
Lost Car
Help locate a lost car for a client before they cancel the deal. Once you enter the car at the mission start, you will receive a clue that will lead you to the car’s location. Use your knowledge of the map and any pictures in the clue to locate the car within the 10-minute time frame. Check out the Lost Car section of this eGuide for the locations of all the Lost Cars.
New Weapons
This expansion includes nine brand-new primary weapons and two sidearms. Although the Ak-47 Undercover is awarded at the very beginning of the DLC, you must find the others on your own.
New Vehicles
All new vehicles come with boost already equipped! You’ll have access to Monster Trucks, Bikes, Buggys, and even some trucks that have been given a remodel. New aerobatic planes spawn on the runways, allowing you to really put your piloting skills to the test.
