Description: We’ve found the prison camp the Extranjeros send the die-hard rebels to in the region. Free the camp and we’ll get a full-blown rebel assault against Cruzar and his men.

Save the Rebels
Head up the winding road and stop just short of the checkpoint before the base. Pull out your drone and begin marking all the enemies in the bottom half of the base.
There are 13 total enemies - eight Soldiers and five Elite Snipers. Start by using Sync Shot to take down the four snipers on the highest ground, including the one on the cliff looking down into the base. This will leave one sniper. Slowly move up the slope, staying in a crouched position, and dispose of the remaining sniper the moment he comes into view.
Proceed to the south side of the base and eliminate the enemies near the helicopter. Continue circling around the base picking off every foe in the process. Once the area is clear, reload your weapons and start freeing the rebels. Once freed, the rebels will immediately take up arms and begin assaulting the upper area of the base.
Eliminate the Extranjeros Elite Squadron
Take the road up to the base to find an Armored enemy at the back entrance. Quickly take him out with a few shots to the head, then pull out your drone and begin marking more enemies. Order Sync Shots on the Elite Snipers, making sure to keep your drone out of the base.
With the first three Elite Snipers down, kill the last one located on the north cliff behind the buildings. Make sure to use Sync Shots to take down the Armored units as they exit the buildings.
Once the action settles down in the courtyard, some rebels will likely attack from the rear as you attempt to enter the north building. Keep your gun ready as you gain entry to the north building, as enemies may emerge from the basement. This leads to the next objective.
Free the Detained Rebel Leaders
Once you’re inside the basement, open each cell to complete the mission.
