This province is lined by Rio Habana, Rio Uruqui, and the lake Agua Verde. The water abundance and fertile soil have allowed the development of a rich agriculture.
The human activity is focused on cereal cultures and cattle breeding. There is also fishing in the two rivers.
The capital of this province is the small town of Campo Ana. Built near water, its activity is shared between hunting and cereal cultures. Puerto Grande is the province’s second town, built on the rivers of lake Agua Verde; fishing is the main activity. Puerto Nuevo is a small village that focuses on fishing. La Granja is another village dedicated to cattle breeding.
This rural province is quiet, easy to control, and has been chosen by Sueño to settle coca paste and cocaine labs, its most costly infrastructures is in the cocaine production chain.
An old fish factory of Mama Cocha was used to house the main coca paste lab. It is located near the railroad and road crossroads. A large lab was also installed in the slaughterhouse of Rancho Luna, the company that organizes cattle breeding in the province.
The security is carried out by a fluvial outpost near the big lab. The Santa Blanca organizes several patrols on the roads and rivers. Once it is produced, the cocaine is sent by road or ship to Caimanes or Mojocoyo.
Bolivians stay alive by standing aside for the labs and convoys of Santa Blanca.
Gonzalo Yana, aka El Emisario ( the messenger )

Gonzalo is a leader of his people and a powerful businessman. He doesn’t like the violence and the blood, but he tells himself that it’s not his problem. From a traditional Cocaleros Family of the Aymara culture, he believes the coca plant is sacred and if you corrupt it with chemicals the plant will harm you. For them cocaine is not a gift, it is the punishment in disguise, and not their responsibility.
His grandfather, El Yayo, founded the first coca-workers Union back in the ’60s. Through the union, his grandpa got control of 80% of the coca leaf production in the country. El Yayo was considered the first Emisario, as he produced coca leaves to sell to the highest bidder. Gonzalo was always by his side growing up, he felt the power and respect the people had for his grandfather. So, when El Yayo started to grow old he passed the torch to Gonzalez because he was the oldest male family member. He knows everything about farming coca and he knows everyone his grandfather does business with. Some of the people he deals with now knew him as a child.
