Union Rights

Description: The province has a strong history of workers uprisings. The Union leaders are a strong force that needs to be on our side. I had an operation going on with one of my contacts in a factory. He went silent. Let’s try to find him.

Find intel about the location of the Union leader

Clear out the camp on the east side of the river. Use sync shots to eliminate the six soldiers guarding the docks, starting with the first three soldiers working around the northernmost building. This can be done from across the river to add some extra distance and stealth.

Head past the building and move up along the base’s west wall. Stay low when entering, going prone to avoid detection by the soldier in the minigun bunker. After passing him, sneak into his bunker and take him down with a melee attack.

Stay close to the wall, sticking to the perimeter whenever possible. Most enemies in the base are patrolling, so you can avoid fighting them for fear of alerting the base.

Continue around the perimeter using the buildings and barricades as cover. Once you are forced to go east out of a house, you’ll walk directly into the house with the intel. There is some Spanish writing above the door, as well as an SBC flag to the left of the door. Proceed upstairs and take a picture of the board on the wall before exiting the way you came.

If you feel surrounded at any point, you can call in a rebel distraction from the other side of the base to create a little wiggle room.

Return to the docks and take a boat across to the next objective.

Locate the Union Leader

There are 13 Elite Snipers and a lone Jammer defending Soledad, the Union Leader. Use your Sync Shot to take out the three Elite Snipers on the road, then pick off the two Elite Snipers on the north side of the base while waiting for Sync Shot to cool down.

Once Sync Shot is ready, take down the Elite Snipers closest to the west entrance and the Jammer. Start working your way in from the west; stay low and move slowly. If you get spotted, retreat to cover or dive to a prone position. Use Sync shot to help progress through the rest of the Elite Snipers as it cools down. Once the area is clear, free Soledad from the cage and order him to follow you. Head west to the Armored SUV.

Extract Soledad to his village.

Hit the gas! If you took out the AA, then drive west and steal a helicopter from the other side of the railroad. If you’re game for a little drive, set your Ghost to engage and head east out of the base.

The only real threat is a roadblock on the bridge, but the Armored SUV can jump the barricades if you hit it at full speed. Don’t worry, it’s got enough armor to survive the impact and any stray bullets from the enemies. After that, it’s an easy drive to the village.
