Description: Finally, our network of new friends has provided us intel on Major Rocha’s location. He’s an elusive man, so you’ll need your eagle eye.

Enter the camp and look for Major Rocha
Take a position on the mountain to the east of the objectives. Clear out the small SBC airstrip to prevent alerting them while you snipe.
Call up your drone and begin marking targets. Use your Sync Shot to take down the two Elite Snipers located outside the base in a bunker to the south. Next, scout out the base with thermal on and use the Rebel Spotting feature to help mark targets. There are six Covert Ops enemies patrolling the base, three jammers, 14 soldiers, and three Elite Snipers in the base.
Eliminate the threeElite Snipers in the tower, then shoot the alarm. Once the alarm is down, pick off enemies in the lower area of the base guarding the Rebels. When most of them are gone, use your rifle to shoot the locks off the cells to release the rebels. They will begin attacking, forcing the rest of the enemies out of cover. Call in a rebel distraction to help them out.
Keep an eye on the mortar in the bottom of the base if you haven’t destroyed it, as it can deal heavy damage to the rebels as they advance. Once they’ve cleared most of the base, enter it and search for Major Rocha.
Enter from the bottom east side of the base, freeing any rebels that are still in their cells. Refill your ammo and follow the stairs into the base and your objective will change.

Activate thermal as you reach the exit and following the footprints. tOnce locatednear
Kill Major Rocha
The footprints lead directly to the two Covert Ops enemies. When using thermal, they will be easy to locate and kill.
Once both are taken down, stop following the path and opt to take a position on the rock cliff next to this position.
Look down toward the downed plane and open fire on Major Rocha. He may be difficult to find, so it’s a good idea to use thermal during this encounter.
