Rebel Op: Breach Comm Center

Climb the steps to the second-floor doorways on the east side of the building and toss an explosive at the right door. Detonate from a safe distance to begin a 1:30 timer and get ready to fire a high rate-of-fire rifle at the Santa Blanca who stream out the door. Fight your way inside and hack the relay that sits against the far wall. Send your team inside before entering and call in rebel support for an easier time.

Another network station sits in the northeast corner of the province. The network relay is located on the first floor, so either ground level entry point works well, but the front door is a tad quicker. Blow open the door to begin a one-minute timer and slaughter the Santa Blanca cartel who occupy the interior. Once it is clear, move inside and to the right to find the computer.
Food Package Raid

West of Rancho Sabala, the cartel has built a makeshift runway and protected it with two watchtowers, two checkpoints, and a surrounding wall. As you approach the site, snipe the guys in the towers first and then recon the area. The helicopter full of food parcels sits at the south end. Work your way from the north side toward the plane, taking the hostiles out in small groups. Once the runway is safe, board the plane and take off toward the objective marker. It is a long trip all the way up to Media Luna province, though there is not a whole lot of resistance along the way; keep it low to be safe.

Parked across the street from a gas station, northwest of Rancho Sabala, a helicopter has been loaded with valuable comms tools. Approach from the south and take care of the two narcos at the gas station first. Next, scan around the chopper. The aircraft sits atop a building with steps leading to the rooftop on two sides. There are nine men who guard the supplies. Typically, five hang around the helicopter, while four patrol the ground below. A couple of them move between the two levels. Work around the bottom and eliminate the lower guys first, but be careful that you do not leave a body where a descending guard may see him. It is possible to pull one or two of the upper hostiles onto the stairs with well-placed and timed Diversion Grenades. Once clear, fly the helicopter into Barvechos and land it southwest of the city.
Medication Raid

At the private helipad in eastern Mojocoyo, a helicopter full of medication is well guarded as it sits inside a small compound. Infiltrate from the north and climb the right steps to the second floor of the house. Take out the lone guard on the terrace and recon the grounds. Another sniper mans the second floor of the HQ building, while his buddy occasionally joins him. The rest of the crew sticks to the ground. If you are spotted, the lieutenant immediately goes for the cockpit and takes off. It is possible to get him to surrender and cower, at which point he does not attempt to swipe the supplies. Take out the guards around the chopper and you can spook him. Clear out the enemy and fly the aircraft east to a small island in the middle of Lake Agua Verde

Find the first antenna southwest of Rancho Sabala, unguarded. Flip the switch and immediately jump on the nearby motorcycle. It is possible to beat the 1:50 timer by sticking to the roads, but a direct line can be made between the two transmitters. Head up the hill straight for the objective marker. There are a couple of patches of boulders, so keep your eyes peeled and maneuver around them.

Find an abandoned prospecting site along the main road, southwest of Rancho Sabala. From across the street, out of view, recon the cave opening and maneuver the drone into the tunnel to find the hostile locations. A minigun is setup in the middle of the path, so be careful. Drop the two outside guards first and then move just inside and take cover behind the pallet of supplies. Four men should remain inside. It is hard to see, but setup Sync Shots on as many guys as possible and then engage with a shot of your own. Head for the supply drop, clear out any stragglers, and tag the objective.

In the middle of Chacatal Village, a radio sits under a shelter, just south of the church. Rally up your team, call in rebel support, and place mines on the surrounding roads before starting the radio. This brings up a 2:40 timer, signifying how long the transmitter must be defended. The Santa Blanca cartel attacks from all sides, but focus on the areas left of the church and down the steps to the southwest. Use the rock walls and buildings as cover while fending off the hostiles. The radio must survive the onslaught, so if you notice your crew wandering away, command them to meet up on you.

Grab and intimidate the Sicario

Just east of Chacatal Village, a sicario hangs out at his house. This hostile is the target of the next Guns for Hire mission. Approach from the southwest and recon the area. The enemies are rarely in groups, remaining on their own or with a partner. One mans the watchtower to the right, while another moves up and down the nearest building—occasionally getting a look from the rooftop. This is a great opportunity to remove him from the equation. The target hangs out inside the big house, but will emerge if alerted. Keeping an eye on the radar and any nearby foes, descend to the ground and carefully make your way around to the right. Make your way to your objective and then intimidate him to complete the side mission. Rebels are held prisoner in front of the house, in case you need some help in a gunfight.
