In far north Ingani, a radio is available for another Rebel broadcast. Start it up to begin the mission and a 3:10 timer. A neighboring garage offers protection when things get rough, but always be aware of what is around the transmitter. Keep an eye on the radar and prepare for any incoming vehicles, as they have direct access. Unload a hail of bullets on the drivers to bring them to a stop. The southeast structure offers protection for incoming gang members, so be sure to dispose of them quickly before they do too much damage. Make sure your team doesn’t stray too far away, keeping the opposition at a distance until the timer reaches zero.

Head east from the Caimanes Bravo Rally Point to find a small squad protecting the first objective. They are easily taken down without alerting backup with Sync Shots. After throwing the network antenna switch, quickly grab one of the nearby motorcycles. Head directly south off road into the Caimanes swamplands. It is a rough ride, but sticking to the roads takes you well out of the way and time is precious as the second antenna is well guarded. Keep the bike upright and pointed at the objective marker. Stop short of the destination and wipe out the Santa Blanca before deactivating the transmitter.

There is a sicario at the Gas Station Via-B Gas in southwestern Caimanes that requires intimidation. He loiters inside the station, while four others guard the front of the property. One of these guys can be found inside or outside. Approach from the south and mark the three out front with Sync Shots. Note that they may wander to the north side, so you may need to do some extra maneuvering across the street. Quietly move toward the door on the right side of the building and take out the fourth. If everyone was outside, the sicario probably has not caught on. If his buddy collapsed in front of his eyes, he will flee. Quickly move inside and grab the target. An alternate infiltration point is through the back room. Enter from the northeast but remember that someone could be inside with the target.

Los Hombres Jaguares provides an enclosed property for the cartel to hunt their captured foes. On the south side, a grandstand provides seating for the cartel with a stage for extra entertainment. The rebels desire a supply drop that sits under a shelter at the back of the lot. There are two ways in, through the main gate or from the hunting grounds to the north. The latter offers more cover as you move toward the prize. Before doing anything, kill the guy that mans the watchtower on the east side. Remember that civilians alert the Santa Blanca if they spot you. Everyone has limited visibility when infiltrating at night, so keep that in mind. Use diversion techniques to draw enemies away from groups. Once you have a clear path to the supply drop, approach and tag it to complete the mission.

South of Caimanes Alpha Rally Point

South of the Caimanes Alpha Rally Point, a network station sits between the road and a lake. You must blow open one of the doors, fight your way through the Santa Blanca Cartel inside, and hack the network relay. This must be done in 1 and 1/2 minutes from detonation to interacting with the relay to complete the mission successfully. The east door provides the most direct path to the objective. Unidad and/or Santa Blanca vehicles may show up and join the fight, so work quickly and skedaddle once complete.

North of Frontera, the rebels have their eyes on a plane and its gasoline cargo. It sits on the southwest side of a lake at a dead end. Six members of Santa Blanca surround the green-winged airplane. Infiltrating the area from the west offers the most cover, but if you notice any loners, use diversion to pull them away from the group and take them out discreetly. Once you are down to four, eliminate them with synced shots. Steal the aircraft and fly it to the marked destination.

Another network station sits on the main road between the Santa Blanca outpost and Frontera. This highway is a popular route for the cartel and Unidad, so stick to the south side of the area whenever possible. The network relay is on the second floor just inside one of the front doors, which are only accessible from a tight balcony. It is possible to parachute onto this ledge, detonate the closest entrance, and quickly hack the computer. If on the ground, scan the road for hostiles and then blow open the eastern entry point. Fight your way up the steps and to the left to find the objective.

Rebel Campsite (Far South Caimanes)

A supply drop has been spotted on the side of a mountain, west of Frontera—extremely close to the Rebel Campsite. The quickest way to it is by helicopter or parachute, but it is possible to reach it on foot. Follow the ridge south of the outpost until you reach rock facings that are too high to climb. Move around to the right until you can reach the camp. Drop off the east side and climb to the right to find the objective. Interact with the keypad to complete the objective.

A helipad sits just off the road in deep southeast Caimanes with a helicopter that is loaded up with comms tools. To get at it, you must go through five guards around the aircraft and a couple more who loiter across the street. This by itself does not present a huge challenge at this point, but the dirt road is active with Santa Blanca and Unidad traffic going in and out of the province. Keep to the vegetation on either side to avoid attracting more attention. Take care of the duo first by diverting their attention and pulling them away from the others. Clear out the rest with Sync Shots. Clean up any remaining foes quickly or one may attempt to flee in the chopper. If he gets in, shoot him through the window or it may be a failed mission. Board the helicopter and fly it to a clearing by the water less than three kilometers to the north.
