Locate the Santa Blanca Prisoners
Head to the east of the objective and pull out your drone. There are a lot of enemies in the area, but you don’t have to fight them all if you can stay quiet.
The prisoner is being held at gunpoint by an Armored enemy near the beginning of the C-shaped docks on your minimap.
Pick off the patrolling enemies, using your thermal to spot the Covert Ops units pacing alongside the soldiers. Kill the four enemies on the floating dock north of the prisoner, then swim across the river.
Once you’ve crossed to the other side, line up sync shots on the three enemies on the dock with the prisoner. Kill them all at once, then walk up and grab the prisoner. Retreat to the north before interrogating the prisoner to avoid getting spotted by enemies on the other side of the river.

After grabbing the hostage, interrogate him and move further north to begin taking down the Armored squad.
Eliminate the Extranjeros Armored Squad (7)
Your drone and Sync Shots will make short work of the Armored squad. Launch your drone high into the sky and mark the Armored squad targets three at a time. To speed things up, you can take out targets while waiting for the Sync Shot to cool down. Try to use the Sync Shot on the furthest targets first so you won’t have to cover as much distance if you choose to eliminate some targets yourself!
Make sure to aim for the head, as Armored targets cannot be killed any other way. Once you’ve eliminated them all, the mission will end.
