Your Medication Raid objective is the helicopter parked at the F.O.B. Buitre in northern Media Luna. A SAM Launcher sits west of the base and en route to the rebel landing area, so dispose of the weapon before attempting this side mission. Your next goal is to infiltrate the fort. A drone jammer prevents the normal recon, but cliffs and hills allow for a partial surveillance of the base. Mark as many soldiers as possible and deal with the snipers in the watchtowers first. Stealthily move through the buildings and eliminate as many Unidad troops as you can. Deactivate the jammer if you get the chance, and be sure no one remains in the towers or near the desired chopper. Board the aircraft and fly it west to the Rebel Campsite at the bottom of the canyon. Beware of a SAM Launcher to the base’s west, ready to shoot you down if you get too close. Make a wide berth to the right and approach the landing area from the north.

A supply drop sits on a small ledge on the canyon’s south side, southwest of La Loma Village. SAM Launchers are across the river to the north and just to the south, making this mission difficult. It’s possible to climb down from above, but you risk falling to your death. The best option is to destroy the two launchers, grab the helicopter from the rebel’s runway to the north, and tag the supplies. However, if too much time passes, the surface-to-air missile system comes back online and shoots you down. One way to avoid getting shot down is to take the chopper straight up into the air and then jump out before they get a chance to fire. Guide the parachute to the ledge to reach the destination.

The plane sits on the runway at M.O.B. Condor, an extremely well-fortified Unidad base. Sneak in through the southern main entrance and follow along the wall to the south. Keep an eye out for snipers as you move into the airfield. Cut through the hangars until you reach the runway, east of the targeted airplane. Set up Sync Shots and take down four of the six troops. Sprint toward the last two guys and gun them down before boarding the aircraft. Immediately take off and fly east into Tabacal before heading north. Make a wide berth around the forward operating base before turning west toward the rebel makeshift runway. Keep it low and tilt the plane left and right to avoid incoming missiles.

The radio sits next to the town hall with roads surrounding the block. The main thoroughfare runs in front of the building, which brings in a fair amount of vehicle traffic, so place mines on the main street if available. Call in support, rally your troops, and start the radio to bring up a 2:40 timer. Glance at the radar to spot enemy positions, keeping in mind that a sniper may attack from the north or southeast building. A flash of light alerts you to his impending gunfire. Duck in or around the town hall when hurt and use the ammo crate next to the transmitter to top off your weapons.
Food Package Raid

At the Unidad Observation Post in far south Media Luna, a chopper sits ready to deliver a load of food parcels. Without using an aircraft, the helipad is accessible in three ways: moving through the post, following the outside of the base’s western wall, or by climbing the rocks from the road below. Eliminate the snipers in the nearby towers before taking down the three soldiers guarding the chopper. Fly the helicopter east and then north, remaining at a low altitude as you pass the Unidad operating base—tilting to avoid incoming missiles. Once past Junin Village, dive into the narrow canyon and follow it northwest, west, north, and back to the east before landing at the rebel campsite.
