Your next Guns for Hire target currently hangs out at an isolated gas station not far from Barvechos Alpha Rally Point in far north Barvechos province. He bounces between the store and restaurant while most of his fellow cartel members stand guard outside. One may be hiding inside the convenience store, so be sure to recon the area thoroughly. Setup Sync Shots on three of the guys and wait for the sicario to enter the restaurant before engaging the others. Now approach him through the back door and intimidate him to complete the mission.

From the Barvechos Bravo Rally Point, follow the dirt road to find a makeshift runway and a fully loaded plane. Stealing the plane from the Santa Blanca gives a big boost to the rebels with a much-needed supply of comms tools. Five narcos guard the area, but they tend to remain fairly spread out. Set up Sync Shots on the middle three enemies and then engage with a headshot to the nearest foe. This may or may not get the attention of the furthest guy. Nonetheless, take him out before boarding the aircraft and flying south to a runway in Montuyoc province.

Meet up at Barvechos Bravo Rally Point and head southeast to find a network antenna. Nobody guards the area, so head over to the switch and deactivate it to begin a two-minute timer. Over two kilometers is a long distance to cover in that amount of time when a sprawling city sits in your way. Jump in the nearby 4x4 and immediately drive down the hill, crossing one road before turning left onto the next. If you are more comfortable on a motorcycle, bring the one from the rally point and use it instead. Keep glancing at the radar to spot upcoming turns and stick to the recommended route, unless you see a turn that can be cut off. Use the handbrake to slide around the corners. Otherwise, keep the pedal to the metal.

Blow up one of the station’s entrances and then hack the network relay

From the Barvechos Mine, head up the hill to a network station and approach the back door. Blow it open with your choice of explosive, fight off the enemies that spew out, and then fight your way up the stairs. Make a hard left and sprint to the northernmost corner to hack the computer.
Gasoline Raid

Head toward the new silver mining site in southwestern Barvechos province, but before making the final left turn, go off-road to the right and approach the helicopter from the north. Survey the area and spot the guards around the chopper, one in the watchtower at the front gate, and more beyond the fence. Take care of the sniper first and then have the four Ghosts team up on those around the supplies. Once the immediate area is clear, run to the aircraft and fly it northeast to the fields east of Macoya Cooperative.

Head to Los Fisgones, the city dump, to find a radio—ready to be used in spreading rebel propaganda. Soon after the radio is started, three Santa Blanca helicopters arrive above the dump. Before beginning, visit the nearby ammo crate and check your loadout. Equip a couple of high damage, high rate-of-fire weapons that are effective against the aircraft. Once started, a two-minute timer appears, signifying how long the objective must be defended. Concentrate fire on one chopper at a time and fill the machine with bullets until it catches fire and falls to the ground. Be sure to take shelter inside the shanty when hurt. Being downed not only wastes your time while waiting to be revived, but it takes another team member away from fending off the choppers. It is possible for a Santa Blanca crew to survive a crash landing, so occasionally glance at the radar to check for enemies.

A motel sits on Highway 3 in the southeast corner of the province and another Guns for Hire target resides inside the grounds. Several fellow cartel members roam outside while the sicario in question occasionally steps into the lobby, located in the north corner. Quietly move around the wall and slip through the opening in the back. Head right and step inside the lobby through the side door. Now wait for him to stop nearby, before tossing a Diversion Grenade toward the vending machine. Grab and pull him outside and around to the back of the building. Quickly intimidate him to complete the mission while your team fends off his buddies. Note that there is a civilian who frequently enters the lobby and then attempts to alert others of your presence if you are spotted. If no Santa Blanca are nearby, it goes unnoticed.
