Gather Intel on the Extranjeros Operations in the Province
Intel locations are listed from Southeast to Northwest and can be completed in any order.
Intel Location #1
First, take out the alarm in the base. Take a position on the hill with the ruins, just north of the base, above the road leading in. Pull out your drone and begin to scout the area.
Set up a sync shot on the two snipers inside the towers. Eliminate the snipers, then move south across the road into the water. Follow the shoreline west until you get behind the base. There are no enemies patrolling the back side of the base, but remain cautious as you enter where the chain link fence ends.
Head into the area with brick walls under construction to locate the first piece of intel. After investigating the intel, head back out the way you came and call the rebels for a car (if you don’t have one).
Intel Location #2
Follow the road until it lines up across from the docks for the next piece of intel. Again, use your drone to locate enemies. There are three soldiers and one sniper in the house watching the intel. Another sniper is in the tower, just south of the small outpost. Two additional soldiers take long patrols through the village, while a single soldier will patrol out to the end of the dock.
Start by taking out the sniper in the tower, then focus on the three soldiers in the building. Using your synch shot, these four targets can all be eliminated at once; make sure to leave the easiest shot for yourself!
Once complete, use your sync shot to mark the two patrolling enemies. Once they are marked, wait for your chance to shoot the third enemy as he approaches the dock. Be on the lookout for the sniper inside the house, as he may decide to leave the bottom floor. Kill the remaining sniper as you enter the house, then head to the top floor to investigate the intel.
Intel Location #3
Head back to your vehicle and travel north, taking an immediate left after crossing the bridge. Once you’re down on the shore line, continue a short way until you’re lined up across from the three soldiers guarding a helicopter. Use your sync shot to take them down, then cross the water.
Move in a little closer toward the back of the base. Scout the area with your drone, marking the sniper in the tower, the three enemies inside the intel house with the lieutenant, and the two additional enemies patrolling around the base of the house. The intel on the top floor in the room with the lieutenant.
Start by using a sync shot to eliminate the three enemies in the house. You can’t hit the lieutenant with the sync shot, so you can either shoot him or kill him once inside the house. You can either kill the sniper before moving in or leave him. He will likely be looking away from the area, so it’s possible to move without being spotted. As you move up, defeat each of the patrolling enemies as you get close and then walk up into the house to investigate the intel. After doing so, head back out to the helicopter and take it to the safehouse.
