Based on City Hall from New Donk City in Super Mario Odyssey. The stage starts at the building entrance before traveling upward on a lift along the outer wall.
A special band event occurs when the music is set to “Ground Theme (Band Performance)—Super Mario Bros.” or “Jump Up, Super Star!”
When the band event starts, four band members appear in the background of the stage. When a fighter touches a band member, that band member’s parts are added to the song.
Mayor Pauline appears if the song “Jump Up, Super Star!” is selected. Jumping into Mayor Pauline and the band members causes them to start performing.
Captain Toad appears on a certain part of the stage every third time the battle goes to that part, or when music related to Captain Toad plays.
