This intense infantry battle is focused entirely around the construction site. Teams often gravitate toward the structures in the middle of the map, attempting to take the high ground. But the elevated floors and rooftops of the partially constructed buildings are exposed, making a sedentary strategy risky unless supported by the whole team. Don’t bother camping on one of the elevated floors unless you have a teammate (or claymore) at the top of the stairs. Most fighting at the construction site takes place at close range, making shotguns and PDWs most effective. Instead of defending one point at the contentious center of the map, consider patrolling the perimeter while engaging opponents in the middle. From the perimeter it’s possible to engage opponents holed up in the buildings at the construction site without drawing too much attention to yourself. But don’t bother bringing along a sniper rifle—assault rifles are more than adequate at this range, plus you’ll want the versatility of an automatic weapon on this chaotic map.
