Prep: Add Alvin and Muzét to Your Party
As when you fought Arrow Folzam, Muzét’s Support Warp is so good here that you shouldn’t challenge the boss without her. And since the boss blocks frequently, Alvin will come in handy as well. Ideally, fill out your party with Jude to handle the lesser foes that the boss summons with the Call Out arte. Ludger’s Rapid Burst dual pistols arte is useful here, so learn that first.
Tactics: Exploit the Boss’s Weakness From Afar
Because the boss is weak to both Fire and Wind, Ludger’s Rapid Burst dual pistols arte is very useful. Battling from afar, alternate between normal attacks and Rapid Burst, and when the boss moves in, use Support Warp to back-step away. Once you’ve punched through its Iron Stance, move in, and switch to Alvin so you can fight through the enemy’s blocks. If the boss summons a Terra Goblin with its Call Out arte, defeat the goblin quickly before it can use Air Pressure.
Knockdown: Attack After the Boss’s Charge
Attack the boss when it’s shaking its head after a charge attack for a knockdown. (You’ll need to use a Linked Arte in EX Mode.) If one of your party members is hit by the charge, the boss won’t shake his head, so wait until the boss is targeting the player character, evade its charge with free run, and then counterattack.
Attacks to Watch Out For
Call Out: The boss summons Terra Ribbit, Terra Polwigle, or Terra Goblin.
Hip Stun: Stuns any targets it hits. This attack can be executed very quickly, so you’ll need to block the instant the ! appears.

As you did the first time you fought this boss, link with Muzét and attack with Rapid Burst. If the boss blocks, switch your partner to Alvin. When you have a chance to use a Linked Arte, combo a Rapid Burst into the Bullet Fiesta Linked Arte with Alvin. This has a good chance of petrifying the boss, giving you an opportunity to go all out on offense.
