Elize has impressive Intelligence and the highest Psyche of any party member. Factor in accessories, and she can have an extremely impressive Artes Defense score. However, she has relatively little HP and her Physical Defense is quite low, so it’s still essential to keep her protected from enemy attacks.

PARTNER SKILL: TEEPO DRAIN

Absorbs Enemy HP and TP to Give to Elize’s Partner

When Elize is your partner, Teepo has a set chance of absorbing HP and TP from your enemy and giving it to you. The amounts are quite small, but when conditions are right, it can trigger repeatedly. When Elize’s partner is low on TP, the odds of the skill triggering increase significantly, so even if you’re normally using another character as a partner, it can pay to switch to Elize when you need more juice. Incidentally, Teepo Drain does not actually reduce the HP of the enemy when it triggers.

Teepo Drain Properties

Teepo absorbs HP and TP from the targeted enemies, and uses it to restore 10% of Elize’s partner’s Max HP and 5% of his or her Max TP.
The base chance of Teepo Drain triggering is 2%, but if the player’s character has less than 50% HP, or the enemy is a boss, the odds increase by 5%. If the enemy is Speed-type, the odds increase by 15%. If the player’s character has less than 50% TP, the odds increase by 20%. Finally, if the enemy is launched by an attack, the odds increase by 30%.
When the Support Shift skill is active, Teepo Drain can trigger when a foe is knocked down, not just when foes are launched into the air.

Launching enemies increases the odds of success. When partnered with Elize, do as much launching as you can.
