Overview: A Focused Power Hitter

Alvin boasts the most HP and highest Strength of any character, and his Physical Attack score is second to none. His Dexterity is also quite high, giving him impressive odds of scoring critical hits. On the other hand, his low Artes Defense score may present problems, so it’s best to equip him with hats instead of helmets.

Partner Skill: Breaker

When an enemy guards the player’s attack, if Alvin is his or her partner, Alvin will strike at the foe with a red aura-infused attack that breaks the foe’s guard. Better still, this attack will always leave its target stunned. By partnering with Alvin, players can force through an attack against a guarded foe, and continue their onslaught thanks to the stun effect. Note that the attack Alvin uses to break the guard varies based on his distance from the foe; he uses a sword slash at close range and a gunshot from a distance.

Breaker Properties

When an enemy guards his partner’s attack, if Alvin is not incapacitated, he will break the guard and temporarily stun the foe.

To break the guard, Alvin will sweep with his sword at close range, and fire his gun at long range. Both attacks have a power of 50.

When the Support Shift skill is active, instead of stunning his foe, Alvin will temporarily lower its Physical and Artes Defense by 30%.

Activating the Support Shift skill can provide opportunities to dish out large amounts of damage.
