Mystic/Linked Mystic Artes — Tales of Xillia 2 eGuide

Mystic Artes can be triggered under the following conditions:

A, Lead character equipped with Special skill = Press X while performing Linked Artes during Over Limit state to trigger leader's Mystic Artes.

B, Lead and partner both equipped with Special skill = Press L1 + X while performing Linked Artes to trigger partner's Mystic Artes.

C, When both Special and Single Artes skills are equipped, hold X button while performing arcane artes during Over Limit state to trigger Mystic Artes.

In order to perform Linked Mystic Artes, the following conditions need to be met:

Lead character is equipped with Special skill.

Partner character is equipped with Special and Special Linked Artes skill.

Hold the R2 button while performing Linked Artes during Over Limit state to trigger Linked Mystic Artes.

Once Mystic Artes is used, Over Limit state will be cancelled.

(As for Jude and Milla's Linked Mystic Artes, need to have Special and Xillia Special skill equipped.)
