Mon Highlands Fractured
Use Fire to Survive Chilling Monsters
Go to the World Map and enter the Fractured Dimension to be teleported to the snowy Mon Highlands. Remember that all the treasures in this dimension are a one-time-only opportunity, so pick up some great items while you make your way to Kanbalar in the Northwest Region.
Many of the attacks you’ll face from Mon Highlands enemies, such as the Snowmelt Merfish’s fin attack and the Snow Dragon’s breath, are water-type attacks. The Snow Dragon’s breath attack is especially powerful. When you see a dragon raise its head, side-step to dodge. Use accessories like Aqua Cape and Aquamarine to boost your resistance to water-type attacks, reducing the amount of damage you take as you battle these foes. On offense, you can use fire-type weapons like Zeus Crusher (Fire) and artes like Crimson Fury to dish out big damage.
