Leia’s fast movement speed makes her well-suited for close-range combat, but she can also support allies with healing artes when necessary. She can also learn artes that can boost stats like Physical Attack, raising the entire party’s combat prowess. Leia’s greatest strength may be her ability to fit neatly into whatever role your line-up is lacking.

Leia has access to numerous item-related skills, so put her in charge of the party’s consumables.
Special Ability—Elongating Staff
Leia’s Staff Illuminates and Expands in Range
When Leia uses a back-step to evade an enemy attack right before it would connect, her staff lights up and grows in length. While in this state, all of her attacks expand in range and become easier to use. However, at only 8 seconds, the effect doesn’t last long. It isn’t worth keeping Leia on defense solely for this purpose, so only attempt this when the opportunity to dodge a simple enemy attack presents itself.
The Bonus Extension 2 skill will allow Leia to activate Elongating Staff on a Flash Guard as well.
Elongating Staff Steps
Elongating Staff activates when your currently targeted enemy attacks the position where Leia had been immediately before she back-stepped away. If it’s already active, successfully meeting this condition will reset its remaining duration back to 8 seconds.

Normal Attacks
Leia’s normal attacks are fast and have many special properties. Her

attack is particularly useful, due to its fast speed and brief window of vulnerability. The fourth stage of the attack knocks the foe away, allowing Leia to quickly back-step to safety. This should be Leia’s default attack, when you don’t need the special properties (like knockdown effects) of her other attacks.
