Go to Marksburg—Rieze Harbor and travel south to the docks to hop aboard a ship to Aladhi Seahaven. Your destination across the ocean is Rieze Maxia, which will provide plenty of opportunities to explore new towns and experience many unique events.
Jolyne gives you the Winged Boots when you arrive. Head to the Aladhi Seahaven Inn and make sure you found Lotus the cat on a crate near the entrance before you officially start the chapter by speaking to the agents with a yellow star above their heads.
